Designed by Zyscovich with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the dwellings range from studios to two-bedroom layouts and come fully furnished with premium appliances, quartz countertops, and sleek modern fixtures. The 4,200-square-foot lobby anchors the building's hospitality-driven amenity program and features a gathering lounge alongside the new flagship location of Ludlow Coffee Supply. During the day, Ludlow will serve specialty coffee and baked goods before transitioning into a full bar and dinner experience in the evening - an entirely new concept for the brand, debuting at Domus Brickell Park.

The condo hotel is one of the latest to open in Miami, where thousands of similar units are underway. But unlike some of the other towers rising nearby, Domus “is the Uber” of condo-hotels, said Dunin, due to the developers' own in-house management of the building, led by subsidiary North Management, which provides a “new model that we think is sustainable long-term."

North Development has appointed Kat Chiechi Flores as President of North Management, the company's operational arm responsible for managing its residential and hospitality portfolio.
