He is responsible for the development of three Ritz-Carlton Residences (Miami Beach, Singer Island, and Pompano Beach), the development and brand creation of Le Sereno Hotel in St. Barth, and the development of 12 hotels with Accor in Rio de Janeiro.

Juan Carlos Tassara is a partner at North Development, a real estate development company based in Miami, where he plays a key role in bringing innovative residential projects to one of the most competitive markets in the world. He is also a founding partner and director of Group Edifica in Peru, where he has led the company’s growth and expansion in the residential sector since 2005. In addition, he is managing parter at Produktiva, a construction firm, and Core Capital, a real estate investment fund management company.

Eduardo Vargas is an accomplished real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in development and strategic operations. He is a Partner and President of North Development Group, a Miami-based firm specializing in high-rise condominium projects designed for the short-term rental market. Prior to founding North Development, Eduardo co-founded Vertika, a real estate development firm in Peru. Eduardo holds a degree from CENTRUM PUCP, the business school of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Arturo Vidal, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in real estate development and finance. He is a Partner and VP of Finance at North Development Group, where he leads financial strategy and execution for high-rise condominium projects totaling more than 1,500 units across South Florida. Arturo is a CFA charterholder, a designation recognized globally for its rigorous emphasis on investment analysis, ethics, corporate finance and portfolio management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from the University of Miami, where he graduated with high honors, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Middlebury College.

Jorge Ruiz Ortiz is a partner and director at Grupo Edifica in Peru and at North Development in the United States, two leading real estate development firms with a shared focus on innovation, design, and long-term value creation. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has been involved in the development of more than 65 residential and mixed-use projects, primarily in Lima and Miami. Martin Bedoya is a serial entrepreneur focused on innovation in real estate and finance.
